A 10-page filing was released Tuesday morning.
The disciplinary complaint states that Hill violated the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Law.
Hill was accused of groping four women, including one lawmaker, at AJ’s Lounge. Lawmakers, staffers and lobbyists were meeting to celebrate the end of Indiana’s legislative session.
The women said Hill touched them inappropriately and made sexually suggestive comments.
Hill denied wrongdoing and a special prosecutor opted not to file charges.
The complaint requests that Hill “be disciplined as warranted for professional misconduct.”
Hill’s legal counsel released this statement on Tuesday afternoon:
“This matter has been investigated three times. There was an investigation undertaken by the General Assembly, another by the inspector general and, finally, one by the special prosecutor. And after having reviewed all the information, all three reached the same conclusion: no further action was warranted. The Attorney General remains focused on serving the people of Indiana. This matter will be addressed through the proper process outlined for disciplinary complaints in the State of Indiana and we are confident it will conclude in a manner consistent with the results of the prior investigations.”
