Three dead in Madison County crash
MADISON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Three people were killed in a crash in Madison County Thursday afternoon.
According to the Madison County Sheriff, the fatal accident happened on State Road 32 between Lapel and Anderson near County Road 675 West around 3:15 p.m.
Deputies said a black Honda Civic was headed east on State Road 32 when it struck a westbound white Chrysler minivan. Witnesses told deputies the Honda crossed the center line,causing the fatal accident.
One victim was transported to an Anderson hospital and later died. The two individuals in the Honda were pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are currently on scene investigating.
