#5. Jeff George (1990-1993): He may not be the most loved of the former Colts quarterbacks, but George is definitely one fans remember. As the first overall pick in the NFL Draft in 1990, he was a hometown hopeful who didn't quite pan out the way the Colts had intended. A graduate of Warren Central High School, George was given the largest rookie contract in NFL history at the time at $15 million over six years with a huge sign-on bonus. Although his time with the Colts was less than glamorous, he did make the NFL's all-rookie team in 1990. The Colts 1991 season is still the worst showing since the franchise moved to Indianapolis with a 1-15 win-loss record. (Photo Credit: Getty Images)
