In 2019, third seeded Purdue went on a run in the NCAA tournament with Carsen Edwards at the helm. They beat Old Dominion, Villanova and Tennessee in the first three rounds to advance to the Elite 8 against Virginia. During those first three games, Edwards racked up an impressive 97 points on his own. He went on to score 42 more points against Virginia, who had the nation's best defense that year, but it wasn't enough to carry the Boilermakers to the Final Four. They fell 80-75 in overtime to the eventual Champion, Virginia. (Photo Credit: AP)
