Rain ends Saturday, pleasant Halloween ahead

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A damp end to the workweek was the story across the state in which we had on and off showers. Some sunshine even quickly entered the picture. We look to dry things out just in time before Halloween.

Friday night: It will be a damp night with shower chances sticking around.

Lows will only dip into the low 50s.

Saturday: A few spotty showers will linger around through our Saturday morning. Activity looks to completely diminish by the afternoon hours.

Expect a cool and mainly cloudy day as highs struggle to get into the mid 50s.

Halloween: Sunshine is set to return just in time for Halloween as we work in near average temperatures and comfortable conditions. Sunday night will be pleasant for the trick-or-treaters. Highs will rise into the upper 50s to low 60s.

8-Day Forecast: A cooldown will work its way into the forecast over the course of next week. Additional rain chances look to slide into our area by midweek. Highs will only reach into the 40s for much of next week.
