Saturday Night Weather

The warm air that has been streaming into Central Indiana today is also bring along an increase in humidity. This warm, humid airmass will give rise to occasional showers the next couple days. Also, plenty of warm dry weather.
Tonight – Showers possible starting around 3 AM. Overnight low 64

Sunday – Showers end about 10 AM Sunday. The rest of the day should be warm, dry and more humid. High 82

Monday – The day starts dry and a bit more humid. Low in the morning 62. High in the afternoon 81. Scattered showers and storms my develop in the afternoon.

Extended Outlook (Tue- Sun)
Temperatures stay well above average for the second week of May. HIghs in the upper 70s to low 80s. A few showers may linger early Tuesday. Then another chance for showers next weekend.

You may have noticed it seemed more humid today compared to Friday. That is confirmed by seeing the warm front north of Indy. The nearness of the warm front and some weak weather systems moving from northwest to southeast will trigger occasional showers and storms.
Her comes the first round of showers and storms moving in from the northwest at about 3:30 early Sunday morning.
FutureCast indicates the rain moving out of central Indiana by a little after Noon on Sunday.
After some morning showers, the rest of Sunday should be dry, warm and humid.
High temperatures next week should average 5-10 degrees above normal for the second week in May.
