One special dog spends time brightening the moods of others

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Our furry and four-legged population have the ability to affect moods.

Through their faithful companionship and friendship, animals can bring a smile to the face of the people around them.

Patty Spitler, host of Pet Pals TV, shares a story of a special little dog that spends time brightening the moods of many, many people.

Cooper, a rescued Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and his owner Cathy Herbert, spend their time bringing smiles to the faces of the occupants of the Morning Breeze Nursing Home.

Patty visits with Cooper and owner, Cathy, to talk about their special mission.
