INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Almost two weeks after learning Amanda Blackburn was murdered, a member of her family is sharing members of the 28-year-old wife and mother.
James Byars, Blackburn’s brother, tells WBND in South Bend that he and his family are relying on their faith and prayers to get by.
