I-65 restricted near Franklin due to vehicle fire
FRANKLIN, Ind. (WISH) — A vehicle fire north of Franklin on northbound Interstate 65 is interrupting traffic Friday afternoon.
Indiana Department of Transportation data about 1:30 p.m. showed multiple emergency vehicles blocking I-65 in the right two lanes about halfway between the Whiteland and Franklin interchanges.
At 5 p.m., the right lane remained blocked and traffic was backed up to the Franklin interchange at State Road 44.
