Man shot at parking garage downtown

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man is in fair condition after being shot early Saturday morning.

Authorities said it happened around 3 a.m. inside the parking garage at Circle Centre mall.

Officers arrived to the parking garage to find the man suffering from the gunshot wound inside a vehicle.

He was later transported to Sidney & Lois Eskenazi in critical condition. Hospital officials said Monday he was in fair condition.

Officers believe the shooting could be the result of a gun battle.
