Woman shot on near-east side dies at hospital
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A woman shot on the near-east side Sunday morning died at the hospital shortly after.
Police say officers responded just before 5 a.m. to a report of a person shot in the 1200 block of Windsor Street. That is near the intersection of 10th Street and Massachusetts Avenue.
The Marion County Coroner’s Office on Monday night identified the woman as Antonia Reiner, 69.
They found Reiner with a gunshot wound. She was listed in critical condition before being taken to an area hospital, where she died two hours later.
