See Steel Magnolias at Indiana Repertory Theatre through June 5

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Before it was a movie, this pop culture favorite was an off-Broadway hit. The Indiana Repertory Theatre is closing the 2021-22 season with Steel Magnolias! The production runs until June 5 on the OneAmerica Mainstage.

Two of the lead actresses, Kate Abbruzzese and Annie Fitzpatrick, joined All Indiana today to tell us more about the show.

Led by Laura Gordon, the production was developed by an all-female design team. The creative team stayed true to the time period in which Steel Magnolias was originally set: the mid-1980s.
