How would we stay up-to-date on the latest restaurant news without our monthly roundup from Jolene Ketzenberger, Editor & Host of Eat Drink Indy?
Everyone seems excited by the recent announcement that Shake Shack will be coming to the Indianapolis International Airport. Local businesses such as Bub’s Burgers, Tinker Coffee and Sun King Brewing will be going in as well.
There’s a lot a buzz in Franklin about two new openings. Wooden Bear Brewing, which has its original location in Greenfield, will open soon with a full menu from executive chef Dan Nichols.
Also in Franklin, a bourbon bar called The Mint, from restaurateur Brian Alvey, has opened downtown.
Half Liter Beer Hall & BBQ has opened adjacent to Liter House to great reviews with a beer hall and beer garden right off the Monon Trail.
Dog-friendly Metazoa Brewing will be opening a taproom in Broad Ripple next year right on the canal in the former Get Organized building.
