Nathan Lowe, the Indy Dog Whisperer, and Katie Rice, a survivor of a dog attack, joined us Thursday morning to talk about life after experiencing a dog attack.

According to an article by Forbes Advisor in October 2023, each year an estimated 4.5 million people are bitten by dogs in the United States, with approximately 800,000 people seeking medical attention for their injuries.

According to a CDC report, there is an average of 30 deaths a year from dog attacks. Unfortunately, a lot of these fatal attacks are from pit bulls.
