Carmel police seek suspect wanted for theft, fraud
CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) – Police in Carmel are looking for a suspect wanted for theft and fraud.
According to the Carmel Police Department, the incident occurred in the area of 116th Street and Rangeline Road on July 15 at approximately 7:30 a.m.
