Serious-injury crash closes lanes of I-74 in Brownsburg
BROWNSBURG, Ind. (WISH) — A man was seriously injured in a crash that shut down lanes of I-74 in Brownsburg Monday evening.
It happened around 7:30 p.m. on I-74 near Ronald Reagan Parkway.
A Brownsburg Fire Department official said the crash involved a semi and pickup truck with a trailer.
A 38-year-old man in the pickup truck was seriously injured. He had to be extricated from the vehicle and was transported to Methodist Hospital.
The driver and two passengers in the semi were not injured.
I-74 westbound lanes were closed for a few hours.
