Superhero run raising awareness for children affected by abuse, neglect
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — On June 27 you might see Superman, Batman or Spiderman as they take over Whiter River State Park for the Child Advocates Superhero run/walk.
Child Advocates is calling all superheroes to come run, walk, or fly to raise money and awareness for children who have been affected by abuse or neglect.
The event features a 5K run a two mile fun walk and a walk for children five and under.
