IndyHub hosting IndyVolved volunteer fair TONIGHT
IndyHub is hosting their 16th annual IndyVolved volunteer recruitment event tonight at Victory Field! The event, presented by AES Indiana, will run from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Katelyn Sussli, the director of engagement at IndyHub, joined us today to tell us more about the event!
IndyVolved strives to provide Indy’s millennials and Gen Zs to volunteerism and service. There will be over 100 local nonprofits and civic organizations to connect with! IndyVolved has become one of the largest volunteer recruitment events in the Midwest, with nearly 2,000 people in attendance.
Sussli let us know that there will be food trucks, live music, art installations, photo opportunities, games and more. There will also be an opportunity to receive COVID-19 vaccinations from Shalom Health Care Center, and all Marion County COVID-19 safety guidelines will be followed.
This event is free to attend, but RSVPs are required either in advance or through registration at the door.
