Lawrence Central HS to host ‘Little Mermaid’ spring musical

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH)– Fans of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, can see the live musical on the weekend of April 30-May 2 at Lawrence Central High School.

The performance will be complete with a full cast and live orchestra showcasing Lawrence Township’s award-winning performing arts programs. It’s the theater program’s first performance in front of a live audience since the COVID-19 pandemic cancelled their performance in 2020.

Lawrence Central will host four shows with limited seating at 25% capacity.

All Indiana’s Randall Newsome went behind the scenes of the performance with Director of Theatre, Kathleen Horrigan, about preparing for opening night. He also caught up with student actors Anna Seitz, playing “Ariel” and DaSean McLucas taking on the role of “Sebastian.” Watch the interviews for more.
