FedEx hiring for Indy hub

INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) will Saturday host a hiring event at its Indianapolis International Airport hub. The company says it is looking to fill permanent part-time package handling positions to meet an ongoing demand for e-commerce shipments.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the FedEx Express Recruitment Center.
FedEx says the starting rates begin at $18.30-$19.12 per hour with night shift positions receiving a $3 hourly pay premium through January 1. The jobs also include comprehensive benefits packages.
Individuals interested in the positions who are unable to attend the event are being encouraged to apply online.
