Fixing roads, filling in potholes in Indy

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Up and down temperatures are terrible for streets.

Central Indiana’s persisten pothole problem gets worse with each thaw and refreeze.

In Indianapolis, there is a plan to put more permanent repairs in place.

Dan Parker, the director of the Indianapolis Department of Public Works, stopped by Daybreak Thursday.

He discussed Indianapolis’ roads and a plan to fix the many potholes around the city.
