One hurt in Bartholomew Co. robbery
BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY,Ind. (WISH) – One person was hurt during a Friday night robbery in Bartholomew County.
According to Bartholomew County Police, the victim stopped to help individuals, in what was believed to be, a disabled vehicle.
Reportedly, when the victim unlocked his vehicle’s doors a suspect described as a white male between 18-22 approached the vehicle.
The suspect then attempted to open the victim’s door and remove him from the vehicle.
During the struggle, the victim sustained a cut to his leg and was robbed in the process.
The suspect along with a female passenger between 15 and 17 years old left the scene.
The victim was able to drive himself the Columbus Regional Hospital where he received care for the cut to his leg.
