Slick roads lead to multiple accidents
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indiana State Police confirmed multiple car accidents and slide-offs throughout Marion County on Sunday.
Dispatch received a slew of emergency phone calls for car accidents starting at approximately 11:30 a.m.
One accident, on I-65 at the 116.9-mile marker, was reported as a personal injury accident. The crash caused the left 2 lanes of northbound I-65 to close near 38th Street.
Drive with caution, as ISP advised there are many slick spots along all roads.
