IM=X stands for integrated movement = exercise. It is not pilates in the traditional sense . As the name implies we create a series of specific movements on the Xercizer. It is a more contemporary approach by incorporating an athletic oriented concept of strength and flexibility training. IM=X uses higher spring loads and a cardio component in the 55 minute class. IM=X can be your only form of exercise or it can be used in conjunction with other fitness routines to meet your exercise goals. It is specialized training that can be tailored to the ability level of each participant through the use of different spring loads and modifications of body positions. It can be done by men, women, young and old. It is like having a personal trainer at your disposal.

Each class is created by the instructor to provide clients the best possible full body workout in 55 minutes. No two classes are the same. It is this variety that makes it interesting and fun, which keeps clients coming back. Owners say the goal was to provide a facility that when you pulled up to the building, you did not have to talk yourself in to going to class. Instead, you looked forward to coming to class for the workout and for the laughs!
