‘The Sleeping Beauty’ Ballet: A classic fairytale coming to life in Zionsville

Jane Hachiya-Weiner, Artistic Director of Ballet Theatre of Carmel Academy, shared that “The Sleeping Beauty” has a rich history and is considered a classic fairytale ballet. It tells the story of a princess who is cursed at birth and falls into a deep sleep on her 16th birthday, only to be awakened by a prince’s kiss.
“The Sleeping Beauty” promises to be a magical experience for all, with a family-friendly atmosphere and activities like the Ballet Boutique, Sleeping Beauty’s Bake Sale, and a Dancer Meet & Greet during intermission. Don’t miss your chance to see this classic fairytale come to life on stage.
