Start your day off with water!

Firefighter Tim shares a way to encourage you to drink water before heading out the door: 

Help get your day started off by leaving one or two water bottles next to your toothbrush, and drink both of them first thing in the morning.  This is a great way to make sure you are staying hydrated to start your day. You can even do this for your kids as well.
