Our Yelp Meet the Maker series continues with Szechwan Garden. This highly-rated Szechwan/Cantonese restaurant offers more than 375 items on its menu. Today, Simon is focusing on Dim Sum (Chinese Brunch), which consist of smaller portions and a very wide variety of foods. Dim Sum is usually enjoyed on weekends, and before lunch.Dim Sum is very popular in the Chinese culture, and there are very few places in Indianapolis that offer it.

Chinese Broccoli (Kai-lan) with oyster sauce

Cut of 1/2″ on both ends and put in in boiling water for less than two minutes. Take out and drain then top with Oyster Sauce. Oyster Sauce is readily available in many local grocery stores.

Chinese Broccoli contains about 40% of your daily vitamin C and 30% of vitamin A.
