Help support RESCUE DOGS at the Grateful Fest Fire Truck Pull and Fundraiser

Meet Marley and Pixie– two rescue dogs whose lives were saved by the Grateful Rescue and Sanctuary. They’re hoping you’ll join the 1st annual Grateful Fest Fire Truck Pull and Fundraiser next month to help raise money for puppies just like them.

-1st annual Grateful Fest Fire Truck Pull and Fundraiser kicks off June 19th at the Delaware County Fairgrounds in Muncie, Indiana. The events runs from 11AM to 7PM.

Teams can sign up at GratefulFest.org. Money raised benefits Grateful Rescue and Sanctuary and the Building Fund. Grateful Rescue breaks ground this summer on a 38-acre animal sanctuary, in Muncie, Indiana, destined to be the largest in the eastern United States.

Bring your pet to take part in the Pet Parade and Cutest Pet Contest. Participants can Paint their Pet’s Portrait and shop for gifts from the Grateful store! Make your own tye-dyed shirts and more! Wanna play games? Bingo games are scheduled for 11am and 3pm in the Heartland Hall at the Fairgrounds. Cornhole enthusiasts can sign up for a day of Cornhole Competition.

Rent a booth at the County Yard Sale and get rid of all that lockdown clutter. Pet Pals TV host Patty Spitler is one of our special celebrity guests. Grateful Rescue & Sanctuary is not a traditional animal shelter but a unique approach for animal rescue. Cats and dogs temporarily at-home in the Sanctuary are treated to highly individualized care. This standard of excellence extends to how the Sanctuary operates generally.

GuideStar – a database evaluating the mission and effectiveness of nonprofits – has awarded Grateful Rescue & Sanctuary with its Platinum Seal of Transparency – a level achieved by fewer than 1% of its 2.5 million nonprofits reviewed.
