In the season two premiere of “61st Street,” Officer Logan, played by Mark O’Brien, attacks an innocent man, sparking a departmental cover-up. Franklin, portrayed by Courtney B. The show, created by BAFTA-winner Peter Moffat, J. David Shanks, and Michael B. Jordan’s Outlier Society, is a thrilling dive into the dark side of the Chicago criminal justice system. After Officer Logan kills an innocent man, attorney Franklin Roberts takes on his case, aiming to reveal the corruption within Logan’s department. This decision puts Franklin at odds with his community and family.
