Workout Wednesday: Couples Workout
Working out together is a great way to spend time while getting healthier and more fit. Today with all our crazy schedules, sometimes you have to choose working out or spending time with your significant other. So why not do both? Firefighter Tim and his wife Teresa show us a quick routine you can do in your house together.
Begin with a warm up by jogging in place for a minute. Then do 25 jumping jacks. Now let’s get started:
1: Partner squats – do five then switch hands and do five more.
2: Alternating lunges facing each other.
3: Alternating partner pulls.
4: Alternating partner pushes.
5: Planks with Alternating partner claps.
6: Side to side push ups.
7: Resistance leg lifts.
Repeat the complete workout 3 times.
