Workout Wednesday: Only need one to get it done

You heard it straight from Firefighter Tim: ONE AND DONE! Tim says there are countless ways to get a great muscle toning, calorie burning workouts, you can go to a gym, or get it done at your house using your body weight. Or in this case you can grab one dumbbell to get started! Tim shows us a simple one-dumbbell workout that will get you muscles pumping, core strengthening and the calories burning!

Here’s the workout:

Start with a warmup you can do this with some walking or running in place or if you have steps in you house hit those for 2 to 5 mins (or look back to the dynamic warmup segment that aired here on Indy style 1/6/16

Overhead shoulder press 15-25reps

Bent over row 15-25 reps

Triceps extension 8-12 reps

Bicep curls 8-12 reps

Lunges 10-12 reps

Single arm chest press

12-20 reps

Goblet squat 15-25 reps

At this time repeat entire above workout for 2 more sets. To ramp up the workout in between sets hit the steps in your house or run in place or even jumping jacks for 2mins.
