5th Annual Diaper Day aims to collect 30,000 diapers

According to Indiana Diaper Bank, one in three families report not having sufficient funds to have a supply of diapers to keep their child clean, dry and healthy. Many families will tell The Villages of Indiana they often face tough financial choices like, “Do I buy diapers or food for the week?”

That’s why The Villages of Indiana is calling on Hoosiers to donate diapers for families in need. The 5th annual Diaper Day is tomorrow, August 24, and all diaper sizes are appreciated, from newborn to toddler.

The Villages team in Indiana provides foster care licensing and placement, adoption and post-adoption services, and wrap-around family support programs for children and families.
